At MyLockup we pride ourselves on being able to offer our customers great storage at the best possible prices, which is why we will try our absolute best NOT to be beaten on price locally.

In the unlikely event you find private indoor self storage offered at a lower price within 10 miles of our store, prior booking your room, contact us by phone, email, LiveChat, or visit us instore and we’ll do our best to match or beat the competitor’s price for you.

Our units start from as small as 20sq.ft. That’s 5ft x 4ft – about the size of a changing room cubicle, and go right up to rooms the size of a squash court. Access 7 Days a Week

In today’s mobile society, gone are the 9-5 trading hours. We appreciate that you have busy hectic lives, you probably work or manage to fill you day doing important things. That is why we are open 7 days a week, and you can have access from early in the morning until late at night. Whilst the facility might not always be manned (that’s how we keep pour prices reasonable) we have invested in the very latest technology in access control systems so you are able to log in and out with your unique security devices.

At some of our stores we even have drive up units giving you unlimited access 24/7 – 365.

Safe & Secure

Our facilities are all armed with the latest monitored alarms and access control systems covered with CCTV 24/7. The final security is always yours. You put your own padlock over the lock, and you are the only key holder. This means the final security is always yours.

No minimum stay. You can rent a room for a day or as long as you like, we do not tie you into any long term commitment. Short stays may be subject to a minimum fee but you are not held to keep the space for a specific period of time.

Contents Protection

“Yes” our buildings are secure and “Yes” we have adopted the latest regulatory fire safety standards, but just like your home this does not mean disaster will never strike.

It is a fact that buildings burn down, streets can flood and aeroplanes can drop from the sky.

When items are placed in our storage facilities, you must protect those items from these and other eventualities.

We recommend using our “Store Protect” contents protection provided through our Enhanced Liability Service. In the event of a claim this provides appropriate cover and dedicated support. Some third party policies may not be able to provide this level of service in helping you process any claim.

Please note that some household policies will not cover your items when in a storage facility. Your household policy may state it covers “contents away from home” but usually this does not include cover for contents in a storage facility. Please check the terms of your policy. We do need a copy of the cover note to ensure you are covered.
