I can't express how professional these guys are. Paul (the manager) is so helpful and friendly. He took me through the setup and procedures and ensured every need was met. Paperwork was a breeze. The units are very clean, well looked after and have great security. They have thought of everything you could ever need, from trolleys and cages to move your stock/equipment/belongings, to clear and easy to follow signage and instructions. I'm very impressed and will be recommending this company to everyone I know. Not surprised to note they have loads of other similar sites elsewhere too! Well done guys, and Paul is a credit to your company.

1st class service at late notice.My Lockup at Thirsk have a modern and varied range of units available. Help and advice from a very friendly and obliging Paul was really appreciated after finding I had an urgent need for clean dry storage of upholstered furniture, mattresses and clothing.Extended convenient times of access to units that are so well thought out with plenty of trolleys etc, wide accessible goods lift within large drive up loading bays.Importantly they offer all of this supported by an excellent and easy to use security procedure.

I have had a lock up here for a few months while moving house in Thirsk and I haven’t had any complaints with the service at all. From start to finish I found the staff ( a lady named Polly ) very helpful and polite, it wasn’t just a case of selling space i didn’t need, she was helpful on all aspects of my requirements.Access to the property was fair and convenient and when i no longer needed the space the hand over was easy.If anyone needs space to rent in Thirsk i would recommend here.Mark.

I have been a tenant on this site for over twenty five years and have not, at any time within this period, had a cause for complaint.The site is made up of a variety of units, from the smaller size, for an individual storing smaller quantities to companies like ourselves dealing with the manufacturing world.On the administrative side we recently acquired Polly Lawley the Sales and Marketing Manager. The company I represent ran into a minor difficulty with the Valuation Dept, being their usual pain in the proverbial.Polly supplied us with all the information we required, and the pain disappeared.So one can say, we are tenants on a small well run caring site.
