We were able to get the ideal size of unit for all our furniture and possessions and thanks to Avril for getting us the best deal too, which covered the time we needed before moving into our new home. The facility is very safe and secure, especially when going in out of hours or at the weekend. Avril is great and willing to go the extra mile to look after her customers.Can recommend highly.

Avril is an absolute star! Last year we sold our house and needed warm, secure storage in a hurry. Availability was scarce and Avril really helped us to secure the storage we needed in time.She runs a very professional, clean and secure storage facility and is always on hand to help. Access is good and there are plenty of trolleys available to help move furniture etc.We have now moved into our forever home and I had a lovely chat with Avril whilst the removal company loaded the lorry. Thankyou very much, highly recommended !!

Fantastic facility at the Bishop Auckland branch. Staff are very helpful, access is very secure and the storage units themselves are a good size, there’s something for every need - either a small singular unit or large units for storing loads of stuff. Whilst very secure, access is a doddle for those with permission to use the facility. Units are also clean and dry, so your stuff is always in tip top condition. Highly recommend the facility for storing all your bits and bobs. Access when moving is stress free - there’s plenty of space to get vans and trucks parked up so it’s easy to store your stuff. 10/10. There’s a bit of customer parking as well. Great location and brilliant storage company.

Can't praise the service and helpfulness too much. We had to find storage for my sons belongings at very short notice under difficult circumstances - we needed it for much longer than anticipated too. Avril Walsh was helpful and friendly throughout. Unit is clean and well maintained too. Happy to reccomend to anybody.

Booked lockup with Avril Walsh who was extremely helpful. Talked me through the procedure with key fob and roller shutter door. On the day of removal found it very easy and accessible. Store unit very clean and no problems on the day. Would highly recommend them to anyone

So now I have figured out how to put a comment here it goesSo it all started 7 weeks ago when I was given a week to leave my home and had to move in storage I panicked as I didn't know what to do but I found the company "My Lock Up" and I spoke to Avril and she went above and beyond to find me what I needed and within hours I was ready to move straight in. Then it came to moving out and wow it was the easiest process, once again Avril what an asset to the business and I would 100% trust and use this company if I ever need storage.Oh and I am loving the new fleet cars great to see a company going green another tick in my eyes

The place is always clean and tidy. Great prices compared to other storage facilities. Good security with the big gates and high security fence. Theres plenty of cameras and alarms. I have 2 decent size units here and will be going into a 3rd soon hopefully. Megan is brilliant she always has time for us and any questions or queries we have are answered straight away.
